• 2012: Los Saigon

We hoped all yall had a great holiday and a Happy New Year. Now that the holidays are over, it’s back to reality (work, school, etc.). We wanted to keep our fans updated and share our plans for the new year.

Our signature: The Chino Latino has been a hit and this dish definitely defines who we are: We’re from Los Angeles and our parents are from Saigon, Vietnam = Los Saigon

To keep it exciting, we have decided to add a special weekly menu. Each week, there will be different Vietnamese Dishes that we will introduce. You will be able to see what the “weekly special’ is on our website, Facebook or Twitter. Of course, we will still have your favorites: the Chino Latino, OG, and K-Town!

That’s part of the food trucking business right?  To roll around to different parts of the county, and share our Vietnamese dishes with all of our friends. Until the Los Saigon Cafe Restaurant is open, which we will have by November of this year, we will have to introduce different dishes weekly.

Below are the Vietnamese dishes that we will be serving, so please stay connected with us via Facebook, Twitter and/or check our blog. We would like to personally thank each and every one of you who’ve supported us from day one. Happy New Year and let’s make 2012 a good one!

Oh yeah! “Authentic” Vietnamese Iced Coffee is available this week. This stuff is strong and sweet just like how it is, straight from Saigon! – Come down and try it out.

Yes many people in other cinturoes speak English better than some that have lived here all of their lives. Go to an inner city or out into the country and see if you can even understand half of what the people say out there.
